Hours back on every order
Instead of copying, sizing and placing every piece by hand, you load the order and press Start.
Automax is an Adobe Illustrator panel that turns a jersey order into nest files, with names, numbers and part tags already in place. Runs on Windows and on Mac.
An illustration: the pieces of a sample pattern placed on a 63 in roll. Names, numbers and tags are filled in on every piece.
Automax takes over the repeated work between the order sheet and the printer, so your team spends the day on design and production, not on placing pieces.
Instead of copying, sizing and placing every piece by hand, you load the order and press Start.
A red cell shows a size that is missing from your chart before you start. Every piece carries a tag, so the cutter knows what is what.
Each nest file has its length in the name, so you see at a glance how much roll goes to the printer.
No export to another program. Your design file and your size charts stay yours.
Use it on whichever computers your shop has. Installing takes a few minutes with a step-by-step guide in English and বাংলা.
Messy order lists are fine: paste from Sheets or Excel, upload a CSV, or let AI Input tidy the text. Help is a message away.
You keep your own design file and your own size charts. Automax does the repeated work around them.
Set the roll width, the gap and the maximum file length. Choose how tight you want the layout with three modes.
Name and number are filled in. Every piece gets a tag:

Keep one set of size charts per client and change them any time.
Body, sleeves, placket, collar, ribs, shorts, trouser and pocket.
Tick the formats you need and set the DPI. Files are saved in your invoice folder.
An optional mode for heavy artwork, at 150 or 300 dpi. Your main file is not changed.
A row with a comment, a colour change for example, is kept aside and left open in Illustrator for you to edit before it is saved.
The user manual and the terms are inside the panel, in both languages.
Give each part of your design its name: FRONT, BACK, sleeves, collar and so on. Automax picks up the parts you tick and leaves the rest alone.
Pieces from a sample pattern file.
No file shuffling between programs. The settings you already know are on one screen.
